Baldi mod menu download

This is a smaller bug-fix release to address some issues, that have been in the Mod Menu for a while. It's not finished and i don't really intend on developing it further, but i thought some people might like it.

Sorry about the botched original release of 1. Apparently i forgot to merge my Test version with the main version this time, which left a couple of fixes i made out of the release version. Please report new issues on GitHub , if possible.
